This committee evaluates the implementation of CVM undergraduate, graduate, and professional teaching. Specifically, the committee serves to advise the Dean on policies and standards regarding evaluation of teaching. Moreover, the committee will evaluate and make recommendations to improve teaching effectiveness.

The committee will be made up of six faculty members. Three will be involved in teaching the preclinical curriculum, and three will be involved with the clinical curriculum. In addition, the Dean of Student and Alumni Affairs, a representative from the CVM Information Technology Office, and the Dean of Academic Affairs (Ex Officio Chair) will serve on the committee. A recognized educator from outside of the CVM may also be asked to serve on the committee.

This committee will meet at least once per semester and will submit minutes to the Office of Academic Affairs.
