The Basics

The CVM now uses Blackboard for the delivery of notes and materials. The CVM IT unit will still serve as an administrator should faculty need assistance. To get to Blackboard, go to: https://blackboard.missouri.edu/webapps/login/ and log in using your pawprint.

If you are not a course coordinator, but would like to view the current Blackboard courses, click here for the guest log in information.

New Changes

When an instructor adds materials and notes to the Blackboard site, they are posted immediately. Please read all warnings and messages as you work with your course to avoid mistakes. Please use the existing structure to ensure continuity for our students.

Minimum Requirements:

1- Course Schedule: This should include dates, times and class location. Additionally, many instructors choose to add their lecture number, topic and reading assignments.

2- Course Syllabus: This should include a course description, objectives, required reading materials, exam and grading policies and the academic honesty statement (http://www.cvm.missouri.edu/stuhandbook.htm).

3- Course Instructor List: Please provide the names of each instructor, their office hours and location, phone number and email address.

4- Course Notes: All materials the instructor believes should be with the student when they come to lecture or lab.

5- Course Materials: Supplemental materials that the student is not required to bring to lecture or lab.
