The IT Unit provides support for computer hardware and software installation, troubleshooting and repair needs regarding systems purchased with the guidance of the CVM IT office.  We offer extensive support of Windows-based systems and can often provide assistance with Mac and Linux systems with some limitations. 

Support is provided on an as-available basis for faculty, staff and student personal systems.

CVM IT technicians can assist with portable devices – helping to configure many smartphones and other devices for wireless and e-mail access.
