
On March 19, Mizzou’s Entrepreneur Quest (EQ) student teams are competing for $30,000 and a chance to challenge S&T, UMKC and UMSL students for bragging rights and an additional $30,000 at the April 5 UM-System EQ pitch competition. MU College of Veterinary Medicine first-year student Libby Martin will be among MU’s top student entrepreneurs from 13 degree programs who pitch their business ideas from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Monsanto Auditorium, Bond Life Sciences Center. Martin developed Calving Technologies to equip cattle producers with technology to reduce calving mortality and increase their production.
