RESEARCH INTERESTS
My research is focused on the structural biology of the type III secretion system (T3SS). Currently I am applying comprehensive mutational scanning to determine the fitness landscape of the T3SS export gate. I am also studying the role that conformational dynamics of the export gate play in T3SS function using solution NMR spectroscopy.
