The national honor celebrates faculty members who exemplify excellence in the classroom and beyond while helping shape the future of the veterinary profession.

An assistant teaching professor at the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine, Hancock is widely recognized for her dedication to student learning and her ability to establish supportive learning environments. “Dr. Hancock has had a very meaningful impact on my veterinary education and personal growth,” said second-year veterinary student Kayla Grosso. “Her enthusiasm for clinical pathology and genuine investment in her students’ success is evident in everything she does. She is not only an exceptional educator, but also a mentor and role model who consistently goes above and beyond for students.”
