The BS in Veterinary Technology program is designed for licensed veterinary technicians who have already earned an associate degree in vet tech and wish to complete their bachelor’s degree. This 40-credit-hour program is delivered entirely online, offering advanced coursework in veterinary sciences along with essential soft skills needed for excellence in clinical practice.

In addition to the BSVT curriculum, the University of Missouri requires 36 credits of general education courses for all bachelor’s degrees. Students have the flexibility to choose their course load each semester, and most complete the program within three years while working full-time.
