The Pharmacy Committee will meet at least once yearly to discuss policies, procedures, and operations of the VHC pharmacy. They will also meet as necessary to pharmacy-related issues. A yearly report on activity will be submitted to the Hospital Area Board. Recommendations from this committee will be made to the VHC director and the hospital area board.
